I and my family started vacation trip from MANGALORE [my home city] to GOA..on the way my car was crashed with another car [MERCIDES BENZ] near GOKARNA CROSS. we was serious injured.immediately ambulance came then we admitted to the ANKOLA government hospital. after treatment i went to ANKOLA police station to lodge the compliant against MERCIDES BENZ car owner for care less driving and damage of my car.police inspector of ANKOLA police station refuse to lodge compliant against MERCIDES BENZ car owner.police inspector told me you are responsible for accident, so mercides car owner lodged compliant against you so police officer filed FIR against me.police without enquireing me filed FIR, so i am protested against poice harassment.after some time police inspector told me MERCIDES BENZ car owner is so powerful man he is contact with leading politicians ,beaurocrats and police officers.police inspector told me i am helpless in your matter,C.M of KARNATAKA told me to file FIR against you if u want to register complaint against MERCIDES BENZ car owner u must influence more powerful than C.M of KARNATAKA . after some time police inspector told me to get out from police station. than my brothers came from MANGALORE to see me and my family. i told with my brothers actual situation of police station and police inspector.After that i went to police station with my brothers that time also police inspector refused to lodge complaint against MERCIDES BENZ car owner. but we told to police inspector you must lodge compliant against MERCIDES CAR owner other wise we will do silent protest in the police station. For that police inspector told us to get out from police station and if you did not go he told he will put us in bars. but we told to him we are ready to go to bars and we asked him to give justice.after that police inspector went out of police station, but we did not go out of police station. after some time one police constable told he is ready to lodge compliant but he told he will give the recipt tommorow morning , we told him we want recipit now only ,but he refused.we continued our silent protest, after some time at about 12 o clock night police told me he is ready to give recipit.after at 12.15 at night he lodged complaint against MERCIDES BENZ car owner and we recived recipit.after that same police constable told with us you people are fighting against powerful man, and also he told with us that after some days police inspector will put B report for todays charsheet.
