I paid a open bribe of Rs.1500 to the tashildar( lady) for the adjudication of two PoA's( my brothers), giving their consent to sell a property that my mother and father jointly held; My father died two months ago mid transaction.
In an open office, I was told by the clerk that the 1500 rupees went towards the following breakup.Rs1000- madam fees( tashildar who looked up at the perfect moment), 200 for herself, and 200 stamp fee and 100 for some unknown signatory. Once paid , I was asked to come back in 5 hours, and was promptly given the documents.
The tashildar sweetly wished me well and said goodbye!
