All lecturers at BJB College Science Department ask for bribe in return for marks

I am a +2 2nd year student at BJB College in Science department. In my experience every single lecturer at this college wants a bribe to give you additional marks in exams. Even the lab assistants want bribes to help you during practical exams. They also give you the answers if you give them some money.
