This is hapenning 24/7 at Vitawa Octroi Naka on Thane belapur Road, Every truck that passes by hand over Rs. !0 to the standiing person at the Side of the road. This person in turn passes this to the bystanding traffic police. this is happening all round the clock and on the most busiest road that connect thane to navi mumbai.
