Alleged wrong car parking at Rythu Bazar

There is no paid / free car parking at Rythu Bazar. At 3:00 pm in hot summer, when no traffic, I parked my car in a very corner place having no traffic obstruction at all. Police demanded fine for Rs.1800/- but left me with Rs.200/- without receipt. It suggests, providing paid car parking at such places.
