I had to do the property registration for the flat i purchased at bhayander (w)- 90 feet registration office in MARCH 2011. Registration office starts at 9 a.am sharp and officers are so fast that by 9.02 a.m. my all papers and registration formalities were complete.
rationale for this super efficiency - for each registration, their is a commission/cut which they get......

I was already asked to pay additional 4000 INR to my broker who was getting the registration formalities for us......
