The Fro has many rules and restrictions; e.g.: no bonafid certificate, or overstate without a proper visa, or no rent agreement; then an immidiate deportation is issued.
BUT, you can ********** the officers outside the compound and pay them a nice juicy bribe, and ur work is done.
this has been going on since many years, students from African countries, Afghanistan, Iranians, Iraquies, and even Europians or Americans who have extended their visa therms.
even getting a simple registration, return visa, or even a signature can be done with money, and no further questions are asked.
You don't believe me??? ask ANY student in Pune :) and I really mean ANY.
