Application for bank loan.

I have applied for educational loan at andhra bank for my higher education. I have submitted my brother in laws house documents as surety. Th house was evaluated to nearly 20,00,000. nd the loan was sanctioned to 13,00,000. But for the smooth running of the loan process the officer demanded me for aroung 15000 but i have setteled it for 5000.00. I knew i was also the culprict.
