Around 75 years old couple have not been sanctioned the amount

These couple, aged around 75 years have been cheated by the taluk office officials. Their voter ID card has a wrong age mentioned. It is the problem with the system not the people. These people are uneducated, they don't know their proper age, however just by looking at them anyone can say their age is more than 70.
These people are suffering from hunger and poverty. on top of this, they have face these corrupt officials from the taluk office.
Please do some for this kind of an act.
Why cant we implement a centralised system where in everything will tracked by local, district or even state level people to do justice to this kind of a menace in the society.
