Omalur Assistant Educational officer processing arrears on a government order. The pensioners are getting some benefit and about 10% should be given to Assistant Educational officer and clerks as well as Tressury office. The complete episode is handled by another Retired teacher, who bridges between these two offices and he collects his own amount as well.
