Asked to pay bribe for not carrying First Aid Kit

I was stopped near Aurangabad, on way to Shirdi, just near Dhule. The traffic cop checked all my papers, and finding them in order, asked for the first aid kit. I told him I don't have it. He said either he would charge Rs600/- with receipt for that, or we can settle it. Finally after much argument, I paid Rs 100/- for the same.
