I don't remember the name of the madam who sits inside the office. The govt. hospital which is very small type is located at HAL Square. Me and another friend were applying for Army and Navy which needed us to attest our certificates from a gazetted officer and send it via post to them. We searched and finally went there. A madam was in there who wears spectacles. She was the doctor checking patients. Patients weren't much in numbers, very very few. We asked her to attest our certificates. She did that and as we were leaving with a thank you, she asked us for some payment. My friend asked how much and she said pay anything. 2 people attested so 100 INR. We requested her that we are students and we somehow paid 20 each and went outside. Few months later, I went there and this time with another friend for attestation to apply for Navy SSC officer. She attested and asked for 50 INR this time. I paid only 20 but this time I was in no mood to listen to her. She started arguing and threw the 20 rupees on table and started raising her voice, I started giving her warnings that if she ask for more- I am going to record it in my mobile and upload it on Youtube. She started pleading me not to do that and requested me to leave. I picked up the 20rs lying on table and passed it to her and she was really scared so she asked me to take that with me and also said she doesn't need anything.
I wonder from how many more students she must have taken money. Chori 1 Paise ki ho ya 1 crore ki, wo toh chori hi hoti hai.
PS: Don't remember the exact dates as it was back in 2012. But it was around the months of july and august.
