I need marriage certificate for passport renewal .we went to registrar office at 10 a.m on 4/11/2013 but they complete our work only at 4.00pm . after that also they asked rs650 as a bribe but i shouted and gave only 200 instead of 155 rs because they are telling if you are not pay then it will take too much time to process your application (Ambattur Registrar office near rakki cinema theatre
