Hello sir/ madam, I am ********** ********** from krishnajipattinam,pudukkottai(district). So far i am looking to get birth certificate in taluk office, manamelkudi, pudukkottai district. but i was just played by the officials, for the past one month. i was angered and asked to them why it was getting late even everything is in proper manner. finally a lady named *******, filling the details of birth certificate asked for 200 RS as a bribe. also she was telling that if you gave this money earlier then it will be finish off at the time when you came here. i was just angered and had a long silence over there, admitted to give that sum of 200 RS to her. i am just a normal person from middle class family, i got a good opportunity to work in aboard, to apply for my passport i was doing such silly things here. no other way for me to do. kindly take action against this incident. Also, not only in pudukkottai district. its going on everywhere. since i want to be an good Indian, i am spending my time with reporting it. please take an immediate action. THANK YOU.
