My freind and collegue went to mantralay to get my certificates attesrted as i am currently in dubai and hvae to change my visa. I was not able to travel so my collegue who is in dina for vacations was to do the job . Mantralay clerk took 200 RS for first attestation . HRD department in the same building is asking 2000 Rs extra for attesting the certificate as they are not being taken by my blood relative. i asked my freind not to pay any more i will ask my brother to travel all the way form my native place for this . what has blood relation got to do with attestation of educational certificates . And are the agents who are charging 5000 rs for the same job my blood relatives.
