I urgently needed to get my certificates attested. Initially, the medical officer wanted Rs. 100 per certificate but I didn't have that much cash with me. Eventually, we settled for Rs. 400 for attesting all of my certificates. If it wasn't for the urgency, I would have get it done from somewhere else without a bribe.
