Here one of the attenders has been prescribed the job of talking to the persons who come for birth or death certificates.This peon fellow will tell the persons who come to office that the department has already transferred their respective files to the head office which is located behind upparapet police station ,hence he has to go to the head office and collect the certificate on behalf of the individual it will cost him 100 bucks for commuting therefore the individual has to pay fees of 300 rupees apart from his conveyance and demands around 350 to 400 bucks for getting the certificate.this peon useless fellow may be born as a bastard that is why he is demanding money from general public .The whole process for getting a certificate doesn't even cost 100 bucks. The entire staff in that particular department should be hanged in public or beaten to death.
