I was taking a rickshaw from mg road to lingarajpuram which is at a distance of 6 kms max. The auto fellow called for a sum of 100 flat charge.the normal fare would come to 54rs max. As it was an emergency i paid and reached my destination. Civil personnel should have a call center to attend such complaints which would also require immediate action from the traffice authorities. India has to come out of these corrupt policies and this wouldnt be possible without a strict monitoring system.
