Bangalore University - Bribe in School!!!

Had to pay money after 2 hectic days at the University. I came from Singapore trying to get a letter from the University confirming that I was a student with them and it took me more than 48 hrs for that work and 30 mins after I realized that the officers needed petty 1600 for my work. They asked for 5000 but I offered 1000 and after that additional 600 for everyone from typist to the person who signed the letter. ********** **********
