Bangalore university has corruption

My wife is studying Msc .She is in 4th semester now.She has got only 1st semester result till now, balance 2 semester result not yet. So delay is a corruption here. No body is sure about when will they get result and how can they apply for a job?
delay at what cost. Surprizing thing is this university office /college is just 1/2 km away from Vidhana soudha
