I have seen police constables in pondicherry getting bribe from bar owners regularly to close their eyes and allow them to open shops after stipulated time (11pm). There is absolutely no rules in bar timings and everything is eyewash. Is there any loyal police officers to seriously look into this matter? Where does the crime starts?
