BBMP PLAN SANCTION FOR PROPERTY IN JP NAGAR RING ROAD

The initial price was Rs. 8 Lakhs! then after serious negotiation it come to Rs. Lakhs and at last paid Rs. 4.5 lakhs. The Registered BBMP Engineer took Rs. 15,000/- to prepare the file and print the final sanction copies. HE is the one who will coordinate with all the required departments and it is with him that we will have to bargain on the Bribe amount. I had to pay Rs. 4.5 lakhs as official fee to the BBMP and then the same amount of Rs. 4.5 lakhs as bribe! Next time I will carry a spy cam with me :)
