Bike parked in No-Parking Zone

I parked my bike in no parking Zone near Bigbazar, Majiwada. They asked me to pay 200 as No parking fine and 100 for not carrying documents. After paying 300/- they never gave me receipt. They started talking on phone and did not responded me.
