'Register your borewell fast or face the music' on 27th
Communities that have borewells are registering the borewells. For each borewell a bribe of Rs 1000 has to be paid. My community has 10 borewells and as a Committee member of the association, i do not know what to do.
With more than 2 Lakh unregistered borewells in Bangalore- we are talking about 20 Crore rupees in bribe.
