When I went to pay taxes, He said I need to pay taxes from 2008 for 5 years. He collected 65000 and gave receipt only for one year for Rs.10,000. When I asked for receipt for the rest of the years, He said there will not be any receipt for the remaining years. If I have to get receipt I will have to pay 1 lakh per year and total of 5 lakhs. I have verified similar type of houses they are charging only 8000. He cheated me in the tune of Rs. 50000. Please do a raid on him and you will come to know.
