My father is a farmer. In 2006, he applied a bank loan in **********. Bank manager explained about different agriculture loan which has 25% rebate. My father & other villagers showed interest to take that loan. After process was started, manager started asking money slowly. By the time loan was approved, manager co has taken 25% of actual loan amount from each and every farmer.
