When i told people that i want to get an OBC certificate to apply for iit's. people told me that i have to bribe to get it done even though i had all the proofs.
I didnt believe it and thought it was a simple process which wil take a week.
But then i waited for a month just realize that i have to bribe each and every person handling my file, certain amount which varies as the position of the official increases.
One more facility is availiable there, if u pay the concern amount to a low level clerk, he wil take the responsibility of distributing the amount to higher officials and get our work done.
I actually got my work done within an hour after i paid the bribe.
then I thought i wasted a month waiting with out paying the bribe.
