To get my original degree certificates with in two days, I paid Rs 5,000 to the person-in-charge who is previliged to issue the certificate. The place is non other than our great Acharya ********** University, Guntur, India. As a student there, I have heared many of these kind of stories in my day to day life. I never imagined myself paying bribe there. However, I have done that to get the things done. I feel ashamed myself for offering bribe and of course the people who asked me for bribe should nowhere less than the street dogs and donkeys. Oh! no, I should not compare these people with those animals. It is absoluetly an insult for the animls.
