Bribe for Birth Certificate

Charges for per copy of Birth Certificate is 20/- while Apollo Hospitals and Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad authority is having some collebration due to which the database in system is not getting updated till the time you pay Rs 100/- per copy for Birth Certificate. It's very disheartning that I hav eto pay bribe and participate incorruption from the brith of my chind.
