Swaminathan (a.k.a. Swami) from the Rajanuknte Panchayat Office took Rs. 8000/- to get these 2 approval worth Rs.2500/-. He took the money first and after 2 months gave the documents but not the receipt. He has held back the receipt because he wants more money now. He demanded another Rs.5500/- which I declined to pay him. I need help on priority on this because this man has given my family a lot of trouble in spite of taking so much money. Now to issue the NOC for the electric meter he wants even more money. His demands are increasing day by day and his behavior is appalling. I need some exposure to the bribe system in the Rajanukunte Panchayat office as its difficult to get anything done without money. Plus Muslims are looked down on and that is what I have been facing major trouble with. In a secular country like India this behavior is not acceptable. I am an Indian and do not want to be discriminated. I request the authorities to take strict action immediately against Swami.
