I bought a plot from VUDA in auction for 40 lakh. After paying the money to VUDA.
I asked for registration of the Land.
For this the VUDA official directed me to a document writer who explained me that the registrator will chanrge 0.5% of the land value for this.
In addition to this the VUDA adminstrative officer asked for 5000 to accompaning to the sub-registrar office with me
