My mother is a supervisor in the medical department. She has a training certificate from the Bihar Cadre. But after the division of jharkhand She needed a training certificate from jharkhand. therefore to ask for the certificate we went to the training center in ranchi, but they were not ready to give the certificate easily, trying to avoid us by saying that they don't have the necessary documents. Therefore we had to negotiate to do our paper work and we will pay for the labour. They agreed and after one hour they provided us the certificate and we paid them Rs.3700. 3000 as a late fine of Rs. 3000 of which we didn't get a reciept Rs.500 for chief sister and Rs. 200 for the peon as bribe.
