Hi,
I had been to BBMP office in HBR Layout to transfer the khata of a property recently purchased by you. The DD charges was just Rs. 1990 but i had to give a bribe of Rs. 5000 to get the work done excluding the DD charges paid favoring commissioner BBMP, Bangalore.
The government should impose strict laws to stop this kind of bribe which is very uncomfortable for the citizens.
