Iwas transferred by corrupt officers due to my complaints against them. i was declared falsely as relieved by corrupt smo - without charge report, without transfer order sent to me by smo, without my dues, without LPC AND NDC, without power and capacity in smo, without sanction of punjab govt, without rules and laws,without advice of governor and ppsc,without any notice and enquiry. smo was corrupt and drunkard and biased against me due to my honesty and hard regular duties without monthly payment to him and civil surgeon. enquiry was ordered on my 60 urgent complaints in 1990 but ADHS declared my all complaints as false under corrupt and criminal conspiracy, as i did not pay to him , to smo ,to civil surgeon, and to secretary .i was falsely trapped in false charges without any notice and rules . i filed my urgent letters and objections.but all thrown in the dustbin of deptt,.enquiry was protracted for 4 years malafide to harass me without any pay and subsistence wef 1990 tlll 1994 [dismissed in 1994]. i was dismissed in 1994 in contempt of all rules, laws, facts and evidences., and enquiry report 1993 which was in my favour in all conclusions.-exept maintaining false charges of absence and disobedience [without rules applied and without notice]. i challenged all the false fabrications of the ADHS ,SMO , but without notice again ,i was dismissed in 1994. i went to high court which directed secretary to consider my case as per rules and laws. but secretary filed malafide reply refusing consideration, under sign of governor punjab who is immune to all on the indian soil., and thus secretary protected himself from contempt of the high court despite refusing to consider my case.--proof of malafide corrupt secretary .my cwp is pending since 1996[cwp-1996/ no.-17610] .high court did not give me any interim justice even, despite admission of my case on merits., and secreatry never gave any justice to me under rules even. and high court order 1996.--proof of his malafide and corruption.my latest petitions to hon president india , are pending in health deptt. without any proceedings for the justice to me under rules even.i have requested for the case transferred to vigilance beauro punjab now but of no avail so far. please help my family..
