Mr.X in DME (Directorate of Medical Education) should be paid a bribe of Rs.2000 for getting the stipend amount to be released for newly passed out MBBS graduates doing internship at govt. institution.The bribe amount has to be paid as soon as the 1st stipend is released, which will be in june 2011.Any practical solution ?
