Actually 'Domicile certificate' should be allocated for without fees. But, Govt. employees charge them for Rs. 10 for each of the person whoever wants 'Domicile Certificate'. Whereas Rs. 15 is the rate for 'Brahmins' and 'Jains' category people here.
