Hi,
One sad story on bribing.
I wanted to get the domicile certificate by myslef by following up with different Govt offices But govt dept gave no clue on what the process is. I tried to get few things done by myself but stuck later as we didn't know whom to contact next.
So I had get re-started freshly by paying Bribe to a person called Hafeez in ********** bhavan Rs 800 for getting Domicile.
I am still waiting for it. When I told that I will complain, he said I don;t care. You can call any body & complain. No body could do anything.
