Due to urgency on work, I shifted my bike from Rajasthan to Hyderabad without getting NOC. Now its not possible to me to go there and apply for one. Is there any possibility to pay tax here in Hyderabad and get myself secured from being caught by the cops? I have all other valid docs with me.
I was stopped by a traffic constable near Miyapur x road and he threatened me for a penalty of Rs 3000 for driving without NOC. He charged me Rs 500 as bribe and left me.
