Bribe everywhere even they do not give dead body
I paid a bribe of Rs 10 to the peon to send my file to Babu for granting me a certificate in 1970 when I was just 14 and I was scared to pay him with my face red but the peon was happy. I cant forget this till date. Next came the TT in Railways who used to give us student concession on bribe by giving one berth to two students . More than a decade back went to retrieve dead body from mortuary and had to bribe the attendant
