Dear Sir, today i.e 14 Mar 2016 at around 12 noon i went to Ramgopalpet Sub-Registrar of Birth & Deaths, Circle No 18, North Zone, GHMC, Secunderabad - 500003 for registering the death of my father. There the clerk asked (begging) for bribe of Rs 200/- for the death certificate also. I felt so ashamed that these idiots dont even leave the death people families also.
