Bribe for E-Swathu (Electronic khata) at Kolar CMC

After turning many rounds for 2 months unsuccessful ly in getting electronic khata ( E-Swathu), I gave up and paid 9500 per site. It is terrible feeling but left with no option but to pay bribe if want to get work done. Obviously no help from officers or confidence not to give bribe. I struggled lot with my health just to prove I can get done without bribe, but I failed. KOLAR CMC no single name everyone takes bribe from case worker to bill collector to RI to RO. Very sad affair of governance and disappointing.
