Bribe for issueing and updating E- Sanchar for Form 38.
- Commercial Tax, Sales Tax, VAT
- WayBill against Imported Goods
- Paid INR 1,200
EDP section head( SANJAY SRIVASTAV),DEPUTY COMMISSIONER (VIJAY KUMAR) and their babu's. (Sales tax office Civillines Allahabad)
We are being harassed for each and everything from issueing the form , Updating the E- sanchar site, filing the application. 500-2000rs they are charging as bribe. All clerks and babu's work only after getting the acknowledgement of money from the senior. If we refuse to play of remain pending due to some unnecessary reason.
Please sir provide some solution.
