Bribe For Passport Verification Process

I have applied for passport last year. In passport verification process a constable asked me for around 1500 Rs for the verification process. he also warned me that if i would not pay him my passport application will be rejected(he will not process my application further) . So I had pay him the Rs 1500 to get my passport on time
