BRIBE for reporting my Mobile Loss

My mobile was stolen in noida and i went to the Noida sector 24 police station to get my complaint registered and inturn recieve a acknowledgement letter(seal on the copy of my complaint letter). I was harrassed by the police men (inspector and constable) for not writing the letter in Hindi. I told them that I am from chennai but they never stopped harrassing. And in the end they accepted the letter and asked Rs.150 for just putting a seal on the letter.
