When i went to Sub Registrar office on 18th Jan 2016 around 1.45 PM to make stamping on my bank loan mortgage certificate(stamping value for Rs 7800/-), The clerk (Anil) asked Rs 230/- extra as a bribe and i paid as well. When i checked the same with Sub Registrar of the office- he clarified me that it was miscellaneous expenses.
