The lone person at the BBMP office at Yesvatpur RTO office told me that legal fee for 5 copies of Birth certificate will cost Rs.90 (Rs.50 for 1st copy and Rs.10 each for other 4 copies) and asked me give something "extra" for him. I handed over Rs.200 and asked receipt at least for the legal fee of Rs.90. He refused and told me to collect later when I come to collect the certificate. When I demanded that he give me the receipt for Rs.90, he just simply refused and told that computer is under repair. Later during the week, I got my certificate but not the receipt. Hence even the legal fee which the Government is supposed to get is not reaching the *******
