Bribe to get Income Tax Refund

Income Tax refund order was passed 8 months back but did not received Cheque for the fefund order. To get it paid Rs. 1000 as bribe. His expectetions were more than that. I may need to pay further as the refund is not for full amount. For balance amount again I need to apply anf follow-up
