I purchased flat in Dhakoli area of Mohali distt. I had to get it registered at Dera Bassi. I was asked to pay 1% of registered amount without which they will not register the flat > i had only one day leave to get it done so there was no alternative than paying for it. I am amazed at the income of those invloved for single day when so much new registartions are happening in that area
