Bribe for getting income tax refund.

As I am reporting this incident, my wife is paying bribe to this Income Tax officer in Aykar Bhavan, LB Stadium Rd, ********** Nagar, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
My wife's refund is about 11k + 1200 interest. Mine is about 26k+3k interest. So for giving this refund of 40k he is asking for a bribe of 4k. Somehow he finally agreed for 2500. Feeling bad about this....I wish i could report this to CBI or Anti Corruption Department...But unfortunately the processes are so complex and cumbersome...i couldnt dare. Plus my money will also get stuck if i take any action.
All the hype about ********** Hazare Campaign and citizen charter is all crap. These govt officials are corrupt to the core. *******
