Bribe for getting learners license

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 1,500

Intially when i direclty went to apply for Learners Licence (LL) with all the required documents the officer rejected saying i don't have a address proof. I gave my HR letter,my rental agreement my owners electricity bill as address proof but the officer did not accept it. With no options left i approached a agent and got it done with out even having to give the mandatory test.

Corruption in the RTO office (BDA,Indiranagar) is very rampant. We will have to teach the RTO officers a lesson.
